Manufacture of plastic ampoules
Our company produces disposable plastic ampoules with a pouring volume from 0.3 to 50 ml and provides services for packaging liquid and gelatinous products of a customer into it. Currently, there are various forms of the following volumes available: 1 ml, 1.5 ml, 2 ml, 2.5 ml, 4 ml, 5 ml, 10 ml, 25 ml, 30 ml and 50 ml.
Ampoules are made of a multilayer film of various colors: transparent, white, brown and orange. At present time, we use several types of the polymer film when manufacturing plastic packages:
- PVC-PE (polyvinyl chloride-polyethylene): for packaging products that do not require special storage conditions;
- PVC-EVOH-PE (polyvinyl chloride-vinyl ethylene glycol-polyethylene): This is a multilayered film with a barrier layer preventing the penetration of water and oxygen. The film is used for packaging products, which are more sensitive to the influence of the external environment, or aggressive products in ampoules
How is plastic ampoules manufactured?
The ampoules are made of a multilayer polymer film by the method of thermal formation in the form of a continuous tape, which is then sent to the dosing site and further hermetic sealing. Ready-made packages with a customer’s products packed in them can be divided by pieces or by cassettes of 2 to 12 pieces, fastened together. To facilitate their separation from each other, a perforation is applied between them.
At a customer’s request, for the most convenient opening of the package, a tamper-resistant function can be applied as well.
To give the ampoule a marketable condition, they can be labeled or pad printed in large volumes of packaging.
VALMAPAK offers plastic ampoules of various pouring volumes from 1 ml to 50 ml, various forms and configurations at factory prices, and packaging services as well. Our designers can develop drawings of the future package according to a customer’s sketches.
